Auricular Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture, or ear acupuncture, is a microsystem acupuncture technique that uses needles in specific points of the ear, to address a variety of complaints. The whole body can be mapped on the auricle, or the external part of the ear, as the shape of a reverse fetus, so each organ and body part has a corresponding point on the ear surface. By applying needles on these points, a nervous system reflex is triggered, which stimulates the brain to produce endorphins and to send signals to the corresponding organs. As a result, pain can be alleviated, the body and mind relax and healing can take place.

Auricular acupuncture is a very simple and effective technique that can be used on its own, or in combination with other treatments. It is particularly powerful when combined with colourpuncture and induction therapy. Once the needles are in place, other parts of the body can be treated with colours and frequencies, to amplify the therapeutic effect.

Complaints that auricular acupuncture is particularly effective for:

  • Musculoskeletal pain (back ache, sciatica, joint pain…)
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Weight loss
  • Addictions
  • Sleep, stress and anxiety
  • Hay fever and allergies
  • Fertility
